This is a good util for all you video titling freaks out there. The program enables you to load in any IFF picture and manipulate it in various different ways. Effects include, Wipe Effect, Scroll Effect, Fade Speed, Scroll Speed etc, etc. There are 11 scroll effects and 52 wipe effects on here made up of 7 Split Screen Effects & 4 Directional Scrolls. Luverly stuff.
